Position Summary We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Campaign Manager, Premium to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing content, and analyzing market trends. This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational marketing experience looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, creative environment. This role pays an annual salary of $85,000-$106,000 Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays) This position will remain open until January 2, 2026. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Coordinate content creation (blogs, social media, email, ads) with corporate and arena teams. Additional Responsibilities: Assist with monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns and websites using analytics tools. Help manage the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and engagement. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Assist in premium quarterly campaign build outs and execution Coordinate website buildouts and updates to all premium pages. Qualifications Experience: 3-5+ years of campaign and digital marketing experience. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, collaboration, and change management skills. Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
