In this role, you will lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives designed to drive demand and boost revenue. Your focus will be on the development and optimization of integrated marketing programs across various channels including digital, social media, email, and events. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key, ensuring alignment with product marketing, sales, operations, and creative teams. You will utilize data-driven strategies to set goals, track performance, and deliver results that meet the organization's objectives. \n Accountabilities Plan, execute and measure integrated campaigns across web, email, social media, paid media, and events. Leverage marketing automation platforms to drive lead generation and improve conversion rates. Collaborate closely with product, sales, operations, business leadership, and design teams. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed. Track KPIs and report on campaign effectiveness to leadership. Requirements Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years marketing experience. Experience running B2B campaigns across multiple audiences. Preferred experience in real estate, title insurance, or underwriting. Familiarity with Salesforce, MarketingCloud, HubSpot, and Google Analytics. Strong project management skills. Data-first mindset with the ability to set up tracking and attribution. Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively with others. History of effective, ROI-driven marketing and lead generation. Knowledge of media buying and marketing strategies.
