Job Title: Marketing & Campaign Manager
Location: Remote, UK
Reports to: Director of Marketing (UK and International)
Work schedule: 37.5 hours per week

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking an experienced B2B Marketing & Campaign Manager to lead and deliver high-impact marketing initiatives targeting healthcare clients across the UK, EU, GCC, Australia, and North America. This is a hands-on, strategic role requiring expertise across digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, event planning, and performance analytics.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and executing integrated campaigns that elevate our brand, generate qualified leads, and support global business growth. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, you will align campaign activity to strategic goals and help position VitalHub UK as a leader in digital healthcare solutions.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Experienced marketing professional, ideally in B2B tech or healthcare sectors (other sectors considered for the right candidate)
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
  • Comfortable juggling strategic planning with day-to-day execution
  • Experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns with demonstrable impact
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop & Premier Pro. After Effects)
  • Experience in the measurement and analysis of website performance, SEO, Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Experience utilising metrics and data to support revenue growth
  • Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and keen eye for detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal
  • Exceptional project management and multi-tasking skills
  • Knowledge of the NHS or UK health and care landscape is a strong advantage
Responsibilities
  • Work with the Marketing Director to develop and execute quarterly and annual strategic marketing campaign plans that contribute to the sales pipeline and revenue growth across the global business
  • Execute the marketing plan through coordination and ownership of funnel-based campaigns including product visualisation, creating campaign visuals and business collateral, social media, website, thought leadership, advertorial, industry publications, digital content, press releases, case studies, webinars, user groups/workshops, and support the team planning and delivery of relevant events.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director, marketing team members, and other key business stakeholders to identify target audiences and create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments, to gain new customers and build repeat business
  • Contribute to demand generation, which includes development of content (in coordination with subject matter experts and product management) to engage prospects and support the sales team
  • Define campaign goals and KPIs, manage timelines, and ensure on-time execution.
  • Develop a metric oriented approach to marketing campaigns, to analyse the impact and effectiveness of marketing programs – be able to develop dashboards that measure effectiveness of marketing programs, and report results with key learnings
  • Market & competitor analysis; contribute to the analysis of market requirements and industry trends
