Description
Interface with marketing, product and analytic teams on campaign set-up, tracking and fulfillment. Interact with other analytical and technical teams on matters regarding data sourcing, discovery, and modeling. Query internal systems and data marts to develop and audit waterfall reports and assist with promotion inquiries Utilize SAS and SQL to identify customers who are eligible for incentives, and develop reporting and ad-hoc analysis on responders Provides recommendations to management regarding infrastructure, operating guidelines and procedures, audit and business reporting, and timely issue resolution Understands the impact/implications of the vast majority of issues that arise during the course of normal processing and campaign management activities. Effectively present findings to USPB Leadership Team and business stakeholders 6-10 years of experience in Marketing with experience in list development, campaign management, or other analytical role preferably within the financial services industry Advanced English level is required Project management experience is required Marketing campaign experience is required Experience with at least SAS, SQL or other relevant tools is required Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for quality and accuracy Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving Credible and articulate, with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to relay analytical insights to internal and external stakeholders Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred ------------------------------------------------------ For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter. ------------------------------------------------------
