WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on project coordination and campaign delivery.
  • Proficiency in marketing and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to support effective teamwork.
  • Familiarity with Web3 technologies or interest in emerging trends in decentralized ecosystems is a plus.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the management and delivery of Lace marketing campaigns that directly support our core business objective of acquiring new users. The role ensures consistent messaging and brand alignment across all touchpoints, while also leading the project management of broader marketing initiatives. By partnering closely with teams across the marketing function and the wider organisation, this role ensures that campaigns are effectively leveraged for maximum impact.

  • Campaign Planning and Execution

    • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital ads, content, social, events, etc.) to drive awareness, retention and new users
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and creative teams.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Manage campaign timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Create post-campaign reports and recommendations.
  • Project Management


    • Support the planning and delivery of broader marketing projects, such as:



      • Website updates and content refreshes

      • Go-to-market support
      • Event and podcast planning
      • Marketing technology rollouts (e.g., CRM or automation tools)
      • Use project management tools (e.g., Jira) to track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
      • Cross-functional Collaboration


        • Coordinate with broader IOG, product, technology, creative, and within the marketing team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and effective.

        • Manage vendors/agencies as needed.
        • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with company goals and objectives.
        • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
