We are a fast-growing Swiss music tech company, working with some of the most renowned clients in the DACH region and internationally. As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing in a supportive, forward-thinking, and fast-paced environment committed to maximize growth for music artists, labels and audio stories producers on Social Media and DSPs platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music.
WHAT YOU’LL DO (THOUGH WITH THE PACE OF TECH, THIS COULD EVOLVE BY TOMORROW)Campaign Planning, Execution, Optimization and Scaling

Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to identify, analyze, and amplify music momentum, efficiently equipping the campaigns with the right assets, tools, and influencer partnerships.
- Plan, execute, optimize and scale diverse marketing campaigns with a focus on paid marketing, cross-platform campaigns, influencer collaborations, and Spotify playlist promotions for clients, including music artists, labels, and production companies.
- Incorporate AI-driven strategies like A/B testing, budget reallocation, and performance-based adjustments; leverage advertising APIs (e.g., TikTok Marketing API) to programmatically create, manage, and optimize campaigns.
- Utilize creator marketplace platforms (e.g., TikTok Creator Marketplace), tools, and external agencies to discover, recruit, and manage influencers.
- Implement and evaluate tools throughout the campaign lifecycle, optimizing workflows and scaling campaigns for efficiency and impact.
- Set up and manage tracking tools (e.g., Pixel, Google Tag Manager, smart links) to ensure accurate conversion measurement; troubleshoot issues with technical collaborators.
- Run experiments to test new approaches, refining strategies based on data-driven insights for better campaign performance.
YOUR PROFILE
What We’re Looking For (Hint: Someone ready to make waves in the music industry)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, music, business, or a related field, and at least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within a tech startup and/or music company.
Excellent written and spoken English skills; proficiency in German is a strong advantage.
Marketing Expertise

Proven experience in paid marketing on TikTok, Meta, Google, and YouTube; expertise in Spotify marketing is a strong advantage.
- Experience with AI-powered and automated ad campaigns; understanding of generative, predictive, and analytical AI-powered tools and concepts.
- A strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics tools and cross-platform integrations.
- Expertise in short-form content marketing (e.g., YouTube Shorts, TikTok), including hashtag strategies and social media algorithms for platforms like TikTok, Spotify, Meta, and YouTube.
- Strong grasp of influencer marketing, including identifying, managing, and measuring partnerships; experience using TikTok Creator Marketplace as a big plus.
- Understanding of compliance and privacy policies, including their implications for marketing strategies and data handling.
- Skilled in data analytics, logical reasoning, and the ability to combine intuition and insights to drive marketing decisions.
- Understanding of campaign KPIs, including outcome/campaign effectiveness and output/impact KPIs, with the ability to analyze challenging-to-track metrics.
Tools & Technical Skills

Expertise with Ad Management and Analytics Tools (eg. Tik Tok for Business, Meta for Business, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Spotify Ad Studio, BI, etc.); knowledge of other Music Tech Solutions (eg. Feature.fm) is an advantage.
- Experience with tools like Notion, Zapier, Airtable, Figma, Miro, Canva, Slack, and similar tools.
Working Environment & Industry Knowledge

Experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment, ideally within a startup or scale-up, demonstrating adaptability and a proven ability to drive results.
- Familiarity with the music and entertainment industry, especially in distribution and promotion on Spotify and other DSPs, is a very strong advantage.
