We are a fast-growing Swiss music tech company, working with some of the most renowned clients in the DACH region and internationally. As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing in a supportive, forward-thinking, and fast-paced environment committed to maximize growth for music artists, labels and audio stories producers on Social Media and DSPs platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music.
WHAT YOU’LL DO (THOUGH WITH THE PACE OF TECH, THIS COULD EVOLVE BY TOMORROW)Campaign Planning, Execution, Optimization and Scaling

Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to identify, analyze, and amplify music momentum, efficiently equipping the campaigns with the right assets, tools, and influencer partnerships.
YOUR PROFILE
What We’re Looking For (Hint: Someone ready to make waves in the music industry)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, music, business, or a related field, and at least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within a tech startup and/or music company.
Excellent written and spoken English skills; proficiency in German is a strong advantage.
Marketing Expertise

Proven experience in paid marketing on TikTok, Meta, Google, and YouTube; expertise in Spotify marketing is a strong advantage.
Tools & Technical Skills

Expertise with Ad Management and Analytics Tools (eg. Tik Tok for Business, Meta for Business, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Spotify Ad Studio, BI, etc.); knowledge of other Music Tech Solutions (eg. Feature.fm) is an advantage.
Working Environment & Industry Knowledge

Experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment, ideally within a startup or scale-up, demonstrating adaptability and a proven ability to drive results.
