ABOUT THE ROLE

The Campaign Specialist is an integral part of the marketing team, responsible for supporting the execution of multi-channel campaigns in line with business strategy. This role focuses on driving customer engagement and lead generation through collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and strong execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Support the creation and management of campaign assets, ensuring alignment with messaging and quality standards.
  • Help coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure smooth execution.
  • Contribute to defining campaign objectives, target audiences, and messaging under guidance from senior leadership.
  • Support lead generation strategies across email, social media, webinars, and events.
  • Assist with paid media, retargeting, and lead nurturing workflows to improve conversion.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, creative) to ensure alignment and consistency.
