We’re looking for a passionate Marketing Campaign Specialist with Strong communication and organisation skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced retail environment.

To be successful in this role:

  • Qualification in Marketing, Media, Communications or similar is highly regarded
  • 5 years minimum in marketing and communications experience in retail, FMCG or major brands is an advantage
  • Strong planning, organisation and project management skills
  • Experience delivering end to end marketing plans that drive incremental and sustained commercial growth
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders through the development, execution and review process of customer communications
  • Ability to translate marketing communications results into effective communications strategies to deliver growth
  • Proven ability to work and support delivery of projects as part of a cross-functional team resulting in fully integrated campaigns
Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our Marketing team! This role will support the planning, development and implementation of short, long, and always on communication strategy to support in driving commercial category performance. This role is also responsible for supporting end to end project management of relevant category led seasonal events and campaigns, in line with Target’s values.

Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering communications which address category gaps, customer audience and behaviour changes to achieve marketing objectives and sales growth
  • Collaborating with the merchandise and wider marketing team to communicate and deliver category content and marketing support
  • Support delivery of integrated / end-to-end omni-channel key category campaigns and events
  • Deliver the tactical communications deliverables which support the overarching category strategy to achieve marketing objectives and sales growth
  • Reporting insights and results of activity back into the Category Marketing Manager to support in identification of best practice communication activity delivering growth and ROI
  • Working with key stakeholders across functions to support a strategic omni channel communication plan; in particular, the category marketing manager, customer insights and data function, the online function, the broader marketing function, and the merchandise function
