We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Campaigns and Operations Officer to join our Commercial team for an exciting new opportunity.
The role will play a major part in the continued growth of Society Matters CIC and Suitability—two core components of the Society Matters Group (SMG), which also includes Citizens Advice Gateshead (CAG) and the Society Matters Foundation (SMF).
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing you’ll work closely with colleagues across marketing and operational leadership to ensure campaigns are data-driven, aligned with strategic goals, and true to our brand values.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Creating and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Managing timelines, performance metrics, and budgets
• Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
• Supporting content creation and website management
• Promoting and coordinating events (both virtual and in-person), including logistics, publicity, and evaluation
• Ensuring all marketing activity reflects the mission and ambitions of Society Matters Group
