JOB DESCRIPTION
Job holder will oversee the delivery of integrated campaigns. The person will lead development of campaign strategy, activation across paid for channels and collaborate with internal teams to deliver low cost/ no cost activities to ensure campaign is delivered across all Owned, Earned and Paid media. The job holder will lead work on developing creatives for paid for channels and lead in-campaign optimisation, and post-campaign evaluation.
• Planning, leading and co-ordinating key campaigns from end-to-end, working with Communications Business Partners to understand business objectives, and seeking input from specialists across the Communications Directorate to deliver excellent campaigns content and joined-up delivery plans across low cost / no cost as well as paid for channels.
• Working with creative agency partners or internal creative team to develop creative asset
• Overseeing the delivery of integrated campaigns; optimising, evaluating and sharing learnings across the directorate.
• Overseeing running of virtual project teams, ensuring effective collaboration across different expert teams (Digital, PR, External Affairs, etc.).
• Developing a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Acting as an adviser on campaigns content and delivery.
• Acting as an ambassador for HMRC’s brand and bringing our brand to life through our campaigns.
• Work with internal stakeholders across HMRC, wider government, external agencies and campaign partners to ensure effective and integrated campaign
delivery.
