  • Must be creative and analytical and results-driven with a strong desire to test, re-evaluate, optimize, and test again.
  • Proficient in handling numerous high-priority projects within a dynamic environment.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and resolute; a self-driven individual with a talent for creative problem-solving.
  • Have already proven your skills with successful media campaign development from scratch.
  • Quick to learn new software and functionality of new products
  • Must work well, both collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

BoyleSports is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Campaigns Planning Manager to lead the planning and execution of Sports betting Performance Marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the betting industry and will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful campaigns that support our promotional and product strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns across all key verticals, aligning with the overall Performance Marketing strategy.
  • Report directly to the Head of Performance Marketing, ensuring seamless communication and execution across teams.
  • Develop detailed campaign plans incorporating appropriate channels, tools, and messaging, while maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.
  • Own the Go-To-Market process for each campaign, from initial project scoping and functionality testing to stakeholder briefings and final delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal Performance Marketing teams—including Affiliates, Paid Search, and Paid Social—to create cohesive, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Partner with cross-functional departments (Promotions, Product, Design, Operations) to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and in alignment with business goals.
  • Maximise the effectiveness and visibility of all campaigns, products, and promotional initiatives.
  • Drive innovation by contributing fresh ideas and identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement, improve acquisition, and increase revenue.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously identify areas for improvement to optimise results.
