What you'll focus on Establish and strengthen relationships with marketplaces and ecosystem partners Position Locad as a certified warehouse partner across relevant marketplaces Build and formalise strategic cooperation agreements with ecosystem partners Generate inbound business opportunities through channel partnerships Organise and manage marketing events, ecosystem activities, and partner engagements Represent Locad as a key external-facing stakeholder within the industry Collaborate with internal teams to support partnership growth and market expansion Maintain a strong understanding of certified warehouse processes and cross-border logistics operations Identify new partnership opportunities within the e-commerce and logistics ecosystem What you bring 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, partnerships, or business development within the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem Strong understanding of SPN, certified warehouse processes, freight forwarding, and cross-border logistics operations Experience working with marketplaces, ecosystem partners, and logistics stakeholders Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and public relations skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Extroverted, approachable, and confident in external-facing engagements Bachelor’s degree or above Fluent in both Chinese and English What you'll get You’ll become part of a diverse team that's globally distributed.
