YOUR CAPABILITIES AND CREDENTIALS

· 2+ years of experience in marketing, client service, or communication field(s).
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
· Familiarity with marketing automation systems, preferably HubSpot.
· Familiarity with content creation platforms, preferably Figma, Canva
· Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic design tools.
· Event planning experience.
· Experience in marketing and sales within professional services firms (consulting, accounting, legal, and/or financial services) or a marketing agency environment is considered an asset.
· Experience using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) to support business objectives.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality standards.
· Strong written communication skills with experience creating and editing marketing content aligned to brand guidelines.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and maintaining organized records across deliverables.
· Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong initiative, self-direction, and ownership of tasks from inception to successful completion.

Responsibilities

Client communication + engagement
· Manage and execute regular communications to clients and investors, including newsletters, fund updates, performance summaries, and announcements. Ensure messages are timely, brand-aligned, and meet communication standards.
· Manage and track marketing and sales leads in HubSpot, including regular updates to lead status and pipeline progression.
· Assist with the onboarding of new clients and investors, collaborate with internal teams to ensure materials are up-to-date and aligned with brand messaging.
Social media + digital support
· Support content creation and publishing across KV Capital’s social media platforms, collaborating with internal teams and subject matter experts to ensure brand alignment. Monitor accounts for engagement and respond to comments within service standards.
· Assist with website content coordination and work with external digital marketing agency on updates and lead generation campaigns.
· Assist in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, paid social, and digital advertising under the guidance of the marketing team. Support lead generation efforts by tracking lead progression and coordinating follow-up workflows between marketing and sales teams.
· Track key performance metrics across digital channels and assist in preparing regular performance reports to inform marketing strategy.
Content creation + support
· Support content creation for social media posts, email communications, and other marketing copy. Assist with formatting and preparing marketing materials for digital and print distribution. Provide proofreading and quality control support to ensure materials meet KV Capital’s brand standards.
· Maintain the digital asset library, ensuring all marketing materials, templates, and creative files are up-to-date and easily accessible to internal teams.
· Assist in developing client-facing presentations and marketing collateral by formatting content, integrating brand visuals, and ensuring messaging supports KV Capital’s values and goals.
Event management
· Support coordination of virtual and in-person events and meetings, from planning through execution stages.
· Create and distribute event invitations and coordinate timely post-event follow-up communications. Track attendance, engagement, and other key event metrics to prepare summary reports that inform future event strategy.
· Collaborate with sales and origination teams to support client meetings and other customer-focused events, ensuring alignment between marketing and business development objectives.
· Partner with external event planners as needed while maintaining oversight of brand consistency and client experience standards.
Administrative support
· Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring key deadlines, campaigns, and deliverables are tracked and met.
· Coordinate with external marketing vendors including digital marketing agency, graphic design consultants, and CRM coordinators to support execution and timely delivery of services. Process marketing invoices, track expenses, and assist with budget monitoring across vendor relationships.
· Support data entry and maintenance in the CRM system.
