ABOUT US

We are a boutique 360 marketing agency delivering integrated strategy and execution across digital, content, creative, PR, and investor communications. We operate a lean core team model, supported by a trusted network of expert freelancers. Our client base spans exciting sectors, and we’re proud to work with value-driven businesses — including sustainability-led brands.
We’re seeking an experienced Marketing and Client Services Manager to provide maternity cover for the agency founder. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of strategic oversight, client communication, and team coordination we pride ourselves on. We act as an internal marketing department for our clients and work closely with them as trusted partners.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on, part-time role overseeing delivery for two key clients. You’ll act as the strategic lead and main point of contact, ensuring marketing plans are executed smoothly, to a high standard, and in line with client goals. You’ll manage — and be supported by — a Marketing Executive and coordinate a wider team of freelancers, including designers, developers, copywriters, PR and SEO specialists.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead day-to-day client relationships, including running regular calls and reporting on project status
  • Develop and advise on marketing strategy across digital, print, web, PR, and investor communications
  • Review and provide quality control on all marketing materials and deliverables
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and project progress using strong project management skills
  • Support and manage the Marketing Executive through regular check-ins, briefs, and feedback
  • Brief and coordinate freelance specialists, ensuring all work meets expectations before client delivery
  • Prioritise marketing activity in line with business goals and timelines
  • Contribute to investor communications, internal comms, and consumer marketing as needed
  • Present strategies and plans in a clear and engaging way
  • Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and overall strategy
