Knowledge of data modeling and relational data structures in Salesforce. Exposure to Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or other marketing automation tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related field. Design, develop, and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio. Experience in Sales Cloud is needed as there will be Integrations from Marketing Cloud to Sales Cloud. Create and maintain complex audience segmentation logic using SQL within Marketing Cloud. Develop responsive HTML email templates, Cloud Pages, and personalized content using AMPScript. Configure and manage SMS platforms for multi-channel communication campaigns. Integrate Salesforce CRM data with Marketing Cloud for personalized cross-channel engagement. Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to design data models and ensure seamless synchronization of data between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. Utilize Salesforce Reports and Dashboards for analytics and performance tracking. Leverage tools like Workbench and Data Loader for data management and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with email deliverability best practices and data privacy regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
