We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing student to join our marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies and you will collaborate with our marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns and visuals. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our marketing channels.
This co-op placement will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in retail marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• Enrolled in a BA of Marketing or equivalent
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office including EXCEL
• Strong organizations skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced role

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare promotional visual presentations
• Help distribute marketing materials
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities
• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
• Work with other retail functions (sales, merchants) to ensure key stores have special retail marketing support
• Perform market analysis and research
• Support other ad hoc marketing initiatives (contests, special events, PR activities)
• Travel to our retail stores as needed
