We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable individual who will join our Customer Experience Team, who are responsible for the admissions process from website to enrolment.
Your main responsibility will be to support the design and delivery of an automated (in conjunction with the Customer Experience Manager) application process to ensure a quality service to potential students and to help deliver increased enrolments.
Working closely with the Customer Experience Manager you will be responsible for the development of an improved admissions process using automation software and for overseeing the monitoring of all internal admissions portals plus UCAS and for reporting of admissions numbers. This role will also include responsibility for building, implementing and optimising digital marketing campaigns, Web analytics, Search Engine Optimisation, automated email marketing (building and automating admissions communications).
