POSITION DESCRIPTION :
ESM Resources is a Mobile Equipment Hire company dedicated to providing hire solutions for the civil, construction and mining industries with branches located in Perth, Newman, Port Hedland and Karratha. Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and experienced Marketing Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team.
This role will support the development and execution of targeted marketing strategies to enhance ESM Resources’ brand visibility and drive business growth.
The role is full time, Monday to Friday and is based in our Perth Head Office – located in Osborne Park, WA.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the mining, civil and construction sectors
· Advise senior management and work collaboratively with all departments including internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand continuity across all channels
· Create and manage engaging content updates across all digital platforms, including websites, social media and email marketing to ensure all materials are current and accurately reflect our brand.
· Creating engaging advertising campaigns within allocated timeframes and budgeting
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and market opportunities; and provide advice on digital marketing strategies, SEO, social media marketing and associated analytics
· Collecting, analysing and presenting on marketing data and statistics
· Manage relationships with external agencies, clients and vendors
· Track and analyse campaign performance to deliver actionable insights and improve all ROI opportunities
· Assist in preparing marketing budgets and ensuring effective resource allocation
· Determining and reporting on the impact of pricing strategies on potential profitability
· Manage and monitor project and campaign expenditure against budgets to deliver within pre-set parameters.
· Co-ordinate promotional events, trade shows, charity events and community outreach initiatives.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including SEO, Google Analytics and social media platforms.
· Experience in graphic design software (e.g : Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is advantageous.
· Experience using website design platforms, contemporary marketing and communications tools (eg : WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, Adwords, social media advertising, Microsoft Office Suite programs) is advantageous
· Knowledge of all social media platforms and best practices for visual content.
· Strong editing skills across multiple contexts and media, including meticulous attention to detail and an eye for visually compelling design.
· Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
· Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
· A collaborative mindset and a results-oriented approach.
· Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work within set deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
· Relevant qualification at AQF bachelor degree level or higher,
· or at least 5 years of relevant, full-time, work experience may substitute for the formal qualification listed above
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
· At least 1 year of full-time, relevant work experience
