Sales Consultant | Experience Preferred but Not Essential | Extensive Training Provided

We’re looking for an outgoing, self‑driven and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our high‑performing sales team. Although you’ll report to our Sydney branch, this role will be based in Canberra, servicing warm leads across the ACT region.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll guide customers through the process of designing their ideal outdoor living solution. You’ll provide tailored design advice based on their style, budget and practical needs, and conduct in‑home consultations to bring their vision to life.

We will train you on how to:

• Engage with prospective customers and close sales
• Maximise revenue by meeting KPIs
• Visit customers’ homes for on-site design consultations
• Respond and action customer enquiries
• Ensure any remedial matters are resolved quickly and with minimal impact to the customer and business

• Possess a valid driver's license and a well-maintained vehicle
• Availability to work flexibly from Monday to Friday and half-day Saturdays

• Self‑driven and comfortable working independently
