Uraian Pekerjaan Plan, develop and implement marketing communication campaigns (online & offline) to support promotions, seasons, events, F&B outlets, etc. Manage hotel’s digital presence: social media, website content, OTAs, email newsletters. Create high-quality content: copywriting, visuals, videos, infographics in line with brand standards. Coordinate photo/video shoots, promotional materials, signage, collateral. Liaise with external partners: media, influencers, advertising / creative agencies. Monitor competitor activity and market trends; propose new marketing ideas / innovations. Track and report metrics / KPIs (social media engagement, campaign ROI, website traffic, etc.). Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all materials. Support internal communications and promotion of hotel activities (events, guest feedback, staff communications). Assist in budget management for marketing communications initiatives. Kualifikasi Minimum 1 year experience in Similar Position Strong writing and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Comfortable with digital marketing tools: social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), email marketing tools, analytics (e.g. Google Analytics). Basic design / photo/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) are an advantage. Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, detail-oriented.
