In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing communication channels, and supporting our brand's growth in the local market. Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media Create engaging content for the company's website, social media platforms, and marketing materials Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects Manage the company's social media presence and engage with the online community Analyze marketing data and prepare reports on campaign performance Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and promotional activities Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies and support lead generation efforts Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in marketing or communications roles Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Telugu is a plus Proficiency in social media management and content creation Experience with content management systems and email marketing platforms Graphic design skills, with knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Excellent project management and organizational abilities Data analysis and reporting skills to measure campaign effectiveness Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience with SEO and SEM is a plus Job-Category: Sales & Marketing Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
