Job Description We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Communication Executive to join our dynamic team in Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective communication strategies that elevate our brand and drive business growth. Plan, implement, and monitor marketing and communication campaigns in line with Sofitel brand standards Create, review, and distribute marketing collaterals, including brochures, banners, flyers, and digital assets Manage and update content on digital platforms, including the hotel website and social media channels Coordinate PR activities, including press releases, media visits, influencer collaborations, and photoshoots Support the organization and promotion of hotel events, weddings, F&B promotions, and seasonal campaigns Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Events, and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives Maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of projects Monitor and report on campaign performance, marketing ROI, and social media engagement Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to Sofitel and Accor brand guidelines Assist in purchase requisitions, and documentation related to marketing activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, preferably in hospitality or luxury brands Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong digital marketing knowledge and social media management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Creative mindset with a good understanding of branding and visual aesthetics Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia Job-Category: Sales & Marketing Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
