Job Description We’re excited to introduce a newly created Marketing & Communications Executive role at Elysium Noosa. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where creativity meets strategy. Working closely with internal stakeholders, Accor teams and external partners, you will support the delivery of marketing and communications activity, including but not limited to, PR, Social Media and EDM’s, that shapes how guests discover, experience and connect with the Elysium Noosa brand. This role does not require people management and is ideal for a motivated marketing professional looking to grow their career within luxury hospitality. Qualifications Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline 3–6 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within hotels, hospitality, lifestyle or a multi-brand consumer environment Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Advanced written communication skills, including copywriting and content editing Experience supporting social media management and content creation Solid understanding of brand management and working within established brand guidelines Experience coordinating partnerships, promotions or cross-functional initiatives Commercial awareness with an interest in driving revenue through marketing activity Strong stakeholder communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Execute social media content planning, creation and engagement in line with brand pillars and communication strategy Support the management and updating of hotel websites and digital platforms, including Accor and third-party channels Coordinate PR and media activity, including assisting with media relationships and coverage opportunities Assist in the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, promotions and paid media Create, update and maintain marketing collateral, imagery and brand assets Write, edit and proof copy for EDM’s, campaigns, press releases and promotional content Liaise with Accor teams, agencies, partners and internal stakeholders Ensure all communications align with brand standards and corporate guidelines Track campaign performance, monitor competitors and assist with reporting Additional Information As part of Accor, one of the world’s leading hospitality groups, we offer global career pathways, exclusive Ambassador benefits, and access to industry-renowned training through the Accor Hotels Academy.
