POSITION SUMMARY QUALIFICATIONS: The Marketing Communication Executive will implement and execute the annual hotel Marketing Plan, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives to relevant departments in alignment with the hotel's objectives and Sales & Marketing directives. Responsibilities include driving brand and profile development through advertising, promotions, events, sponsorships, and publicity strategies to maximize revenue generation across rooms, events, and food & beverage. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and execute a year-round media plan, managing communication with all media channels. - Handle advertising and track Marriott online media impressions for the hotel. - Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to emergency and crisis management policies. - Collaborate on the F&B Marketing calendar with the Director of F&B/F&B Manager. - Ensure accuracy of hotel information across all communication channels. Uphold brand standards and direction in all materials as the hotel's brand ambassador. - Assist in preparing the Annual Marketing Plan and Department Objectives. - Collaborate with other department to expand the brand portfolio and increase brand awareness through various activities. - Serve as primary communications representative on behalf of the Hotel using social media platforms. - Assist in the Marriott Brand Standard Audit - Marketing - Deliver positive and respectful client communication, ensuring effective information transfer. - Respond to client queries online within 24 hours of initial contact. - Champion innovation, especially to drive online marketing and channel engagement. - Coordinate and control the photo library. Lead hotel photoshoots. - Compile award submission documents. - Issue online media releases to promote F&B venues, meeting spaces, and guestrooms. KEY COMPETENCIES: - Strong communication and presentation skills - Knowledge and keen interest in general consumer online trends - Comfortable with using online content management and other online tools - Intellectual and analytical curiosity - Advanced computer skills and detailed knowledge of various computer programs, including a strong proficiency of MS Excel and Access. Adobe Photoshop knowledge is a plus.
