We are looking for experienced Marketing Communication Leader to join our team and take responsibility for developing a comprehensive communication and positioning approach.

Responsibilities
  • have marketing background and experience comes from Retail or FMCG companies (10+ years) as Brand Manager, Junior Brand Manager, Account Manager, Strategist,
  • analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt the marketing strategy accordingly,
  • create storytelling concepts that effectively position the brand in the market,
  • collaborate with the creative team and other departments to achieve common goals,
  • monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities and optimize them as needed.
  • are able to translate the business objectives into creative brief.
  • are experienced in development and implementation of 360 marketing plans, both in TV and most innovative digital formats,
  • have advanced knowledge about Social Media emergent trends and platforms,
  • lead multiple teams & roles at different levels in organization comes to you naturally since your business and work attitude was shaped in matrix , complex organizations,
  • are able to manage large agency teams, lead pitch processes and content production,
  • are interested in home furnishing and you are curious about trends of people’s life at home,
  • have the ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English and Polish.
