As the key revenue leader within the Marketing Communications division, you will oversee premium asset utilisation – from casual leasing of atrium and advertising spaces to sponsorships and bespoke promotional opportunities. KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Events Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in mall marketing communications, casual leasing, or advertising sales, preferably within a large-scale, high-profile retail environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills with proven results in achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • Strategic mindset with strong financial acumen and the ability to deliver under pressure.
