Description

Within TANATEX Chemicals B.V., the Marketing Communication Manager RBU Europe & Americas is part of the Marketing and Technology department. The Marketing Communication Manager plans, directs and coordinates marketing strategies and policies. It includes initiating market research for segments aligned with the business strategy and growth ambitions. A key focus is on enhancing the company’s brand awareness and brand image, while safeguarding its Intellectual Property. The position also drives digital marketing activities, manages internal and external communications, and oversees product launches and campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Marketing: Be responsible for executing the organization’s marketing strategy.
  • Brand Strategy and Effectiveness: Oversee brand management and execute brand plans in line with corporate identity guidelines, while analyzing and reporting brand effectiveness to the business.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Possess a deep understanding of the products and/or solutions and their unique benefits, to create a clear value proposition together with the responsible Product Manager. Translate this value proposition into targeted messages that resonate with specific customer segments, ensuring consistent product positioning across all marketing channels. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, collaborating closely with Product Management, Business Development and Sales teams to secure a successful product launch and maintain a strong market presence.
  • Internal & External Communications: Coordinate communications and provide support and guidance to help others maximize the use of internal communication systems. Ensure that external communications are professionally crafted and well written. Facilitate translations into other languages as needed, working with regional contact points.
  • Digital Marketing: Carry out various aspects of digital marketing operations, including planning digital marketing campaigns, coordinating webinars, developing concepts and related content, defining audiences and value propositions, and integrating digital channels.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Quality, Health, Environment and Safety: Follow the organization’s QHES policies, procedures and mandatory instructions. Identify and mitigate environmental and safety risks. Train the team on safe working practices and recognize risky behaviors, taking appropriate action and escalating serious issues when necessary.
