REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in marketing, communications or business administration
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience of relevant experience in experience in a marketing or marketing communications role, preferably within regulated sectors such as in medical device, pharmaceutical, consumer health or tech industry
- Advanced knowledge and experience with traditional and digital communications channels
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite of software
- Results-oriented with good strategic planning, organisation and time-management skills
- Strong project management & budgeting skills
- Understanding of TGA Advertising code, MTAA, AMA or Regulatory Body equivalent for healthcare is highly desirable
- Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
- Knowledge of Workfront is preferred
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Proactive can-do attitude, display initiative and growth mindset
PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:
- Plans, creates, and produces multichannel campaigns including marketing communications consultation, strategy development, tactics generation, advertising, and sales promotion materials to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives
- Liaises with Operating Units on priorities, work volume & timelines
- Triages marketing communications requests and briefs through to the creative and digital execution team
- Prepares and manages budgets and associated metrics for multichannel campaigns and programs
- Scales commercial multichannel marketing communications programs enterprise wide as appropriate
- Evaluates and modifies promotion or advertising programs.
- May prepares and/or approves all technical and artistic phases of the finished promotional material.
- Consults with company management, product managers, sales department, and advertising agencies to develop and implement promotional plans and recommend sales philosophy, approach, and media.
- Supports the implementation and execution of communication strategies through project management, design and digital expertise
- Manages vendors associated with campaign deliverables including external media or external creative agency
- May perform, coordinate, or oversee activities such as layout and creative of campaign material
- Works cross-functionally with Events, Digital and Communications teams
- Ensures compliance with TGA advertising code and relevant governing bodies and works closely with Legal to ensure local and global compliance
- Travel requirement: Less than 10%
