As we grow through events, partnerships, and community-driven initiatives, we’re looking for a Marketing Communication who can translate our vision into impactful experiences—bringing the Qiscus brand to life across offline and online events, industry associations, and strategic collaborations. What You Will Do : Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, including owned events, co-hosted events, and sponsored events (offline and online). Build and maintain strong relationships with industry associations, partners, and relevant ecosystems Identify collaboration opportunities such as joint events, forums, content partnerships, or member-exclusive initiatives Manage event timelines, vendors, logistics, and budgets to ensure smooth execution Track, analyze, and report event performance metrics (attendance, MQL, cost efficiency) Gather insights from community and partner interactions to inform future campaigns and messaging Ensure consistent brand messaging across all event, association, and community touchpoints What You Will Bring to The Role : 2-4 years of experience in marketing communications, event marketing, or partnership marketing Proven experience managing offline and or online events end to end Experience working with associations, communities, or strategic partners is a strong advantage Strong project management and multitasking skills. Able to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long term relationships Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in fast paced environments Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology related industries is a plus
