As our new Marketing & Communication Specialist for the Dutch market, you will play a key role in shaping how healthcare professionals, patients, and partners engage with Luscii.
This isn’t just about running campaigns or writing stories. It is about making the value of digital care tangible. Whether it is crafting content for Dutch clinicians, keeping our audience engaged through newsletters, social media or podcasts; your work directly supports our mission to make care more accessible, more human, and more sustainable.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues in and across other teams to translate our vision into local stories and actionable campaigns. Besides, you will bring clarity to complex topics, build trust with our audience, and help Luscii grow to last.

As our new Marketing & Communication specialist, you will be the go-to person for all Dutch-language marketing and communication efforts. That includes:

  • Localising and executing campaigns for the Dutch market. You’ll work on content that truly resonates with the Dutch market and our target audiences. From blogs to landing pages and from newsletters to self-explanatory stories.
  • Creating and managing ongoing communications. You’ll craft clear, engaging Dutch content for newsletters, product updates, social posts, podcast promos, event assets, and more.
  • Supporting Dutch content for other teams’ campaigns. You’ll help bring feature rollouts, program launches, and other campaigns to life with Dutch content. Always based on messaging and goals provided by other circles, such as Medical Programs, Product, etc.
  • Providing market insights and reporting. You’ll monitor campaign performance, gather insights on the Dutch market, and regularly report back to the team with the latest news and trends.
  • Managing CRM and campaign operations. From keeping the CRM clean to building campaign lists and organising webinars. You will help keep our engine running smoothly and compliantly.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within Marketing;
  • A bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or similar;
  • Native-level Dutch and fluency in English;
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and Marketingtools (share your experiences in the motivational letter ✍️);
  • Strong writing skills for b2b-audiences;
  • Experience in simplifying complex topics;
  • Experience with concent & marketing strategies
