Our vision is pursuing a future where organ, eye and tissue donation is embraced as an honor and personal responsibility. Our mission is to save and heal lives.    Position Description: The Marketing & Communications Administrator supports the daily operations of Lifebanc’s marketing, communications, and public education efforts. This role ensures that all Lifebanc messaging, materials, and events reflect the organization’s mission to save and heal lives through organ, eye, and tissue donation.   Essential Functions:  * Coordinate logistics for marketing and outreach activities, including promotional orders, print production, and mailings. * Maintain marketing and communications calendars, project timelines, and asset libraries. * Assist in processing invoices, budget tracking, and vendor communications. * Support the development and distribution of educational materials and event collateral. * Oversee the Project Manager software system ASANA and project status and updates * Assist with social media posting, scheduling, and monitoring under direction of the Communications Manager. * Manage assets (photos, stories, and video content) for digital campaigns. * Track social media engagement metrics and prepare monthly summaries. * Update website content (text, images, events) as needed. * Provide marketing and logistical support for Lifebanc events, such as Gift of Life Walk & Run, Donate Life Month, and community partner initiatives. * Coordinate staff, volunteers, and materials for public events and health fairs. * Support donor family and recipient storytelling at special events and in communications pieces. * Ensure all materials follow Lifebanc brand guidelines and messaging standards. * Support internal announcements, staff newsletters, and presentations. * Maintain organized digital archives for photos, videos, and campaign materials. * Assist in research, data entry, or survey projects to support marketing and public education goals. * Perform other duties as assigned.     Education and Experience:  * Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field or equivalent professional experience. * 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or event support (internship experience accepted).   Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong writing, proofreading, and interpersonal communication skills. * Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media platforms. * Experience managing social media and/or content management systems a plus. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment. * Passion for advancing Lifebanc’s mission. Physical Requirements: •  Ability to lift 25 pounds and to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
