MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS & BRAND SPECIALIST PHILIPS HUE

We’re looking for a Marketing Communications & Brand specialist to join our fast-developing and dynamic Digital Marketing & Marketing Communications team based in Eindhoven (NL) or Zellik (BE).
As a Marketing Communications & Brand Specialist you’ll be responsible for the marketing content strategy, creation and execution for Philips Hue. You know what’s needed to build a premium brand. You are responsible for the planning, development and execution of new marketing communication ideas to achieve sustainable growth. You’ll set up campaigns and experiments to increase brand awareness, consideration and purchase intent. With the content that you create and activate in online and offline channels you’ll make a visible contribution in the evolution of the innovative Philips Hue brand from a technology savvy brand to the mass A-brand for smart lighting.

THE TEAM

You will join our Digital Marketing & Marketing Communications team for the Consumer Benelux market. The team is agile and consists of enthusiastic digital marketing and marketing communications experts. Are you also enthusiastic about building strong and prominent brands and create impact for customers, society and organization? Do you have a passion for data, creative content and a hands-on approach? Then we are looking for you!

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• You’ve over 3 years of marketing communication experience in a corporate environment, and are owner of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital or a related discipline.
• Fluent Dutch/English is a must (both oral and written). French is a pre.
• You are customer obsessed and are able to translate customer needs into ideas, experiments and content.
• You are creative and have a passion for content and execution.
• You’ve strong knowledge of digital communications and have analytical skills to use data to optimize and make decisions.
• You are very well organized.
• You are a team player with excellent communication-, projectmanagement- and stakeholder management skills.

• You’ll be responsible for the marketing content strategy, creation and execution for Philips Hue in the Benelux market.
• You’ll be a main sparring partner for creation and ideation with the global and local team to build together strong activation ideas, campaigns, assets, and content for both online and offline.
• You’ll localize, activate and evaluate the campaigns (including influencer marketing, branded content, CRM) and coordinate creation of content which is needed for new product introductions and e-commerce. You’ll take care of timely availability for optimal market introduction. With experiments and tests you know better than anyone else what’s needed for growth.
• You’ll define target messaging strategy to guide brand positioning in the market.
• You are the voice of the customer and have a deep understanding of their wants, needs and problems.
• You’ll make fact-based recommendations and improvements on marketing communication processes, budget and choices. You are responsible for the purchase of marketing goods according to the applicable processes.
