We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our growing team.
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator supports the execution of marketing and communication initiatives across a strategic mix of channels, working under the guidance of a direct lead. This role contributes to the development of communication and marketing plans that align with broader organizational goals. The Coordinator is responsible for tracking progress, maintaining schedules, and supporting project workflows—often using Agile methods—to ensure timely delivery and alignment with team expectations. Strong communication and collaboration are essential, as the role requires consistent updates and coordination across stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Education Concentration: Marketing (preferred) or Communications
  • Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional marketing and/or communications work within an organizational marketing department or agency/consultancy.
  • Preferred: Experience in/with healthcare is a plus. Direct project management is a plus.

POSITION SUMMARY

  • 35% – Execution of Marketing and Communication Plans
  • Implements marketing and communication strategies under the direction of team leads.
  • Supports delivery across various channels, including digital, print, and internal platforms.
  • Maintains consistent and proactive communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Collects, analyzes, and makes recommendations based on performance data.
  • 35% – Project Coordination
  • Provides administrative and logistical support for all marketing initiatives.
  • Tracks timelines, milestones, and deliverables; communicates progress and flags potential issues.
  • Uses Agile project management methods to support scheduling and workflow across the marketing team.
  • 30% – Content and Campaign Support
  • Assists in the development and deployment of marketing materials aligned with strategic goals.
  • Contributes to social media, paid advertising, digital communications, and all other thought leadership and content creation (in all formats).
  • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and clarity of message.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES

The incumbent is required to immediately disclose any debarment, exclusion, or other event that renders them ineligible to perform work directly or indirectly on Federal healthcare programs. Must be able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities, deadlines, and workloads that can be variable for long periods of time. Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence. Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.
