About the Marketing & Communications Coordinator Role The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will support the day-to-day execution of Keystone’s communications function, working closely with the CEO and broader marketing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to build foundational skills in corporate communications, PR, and content development. Within the first year, the Coordinator will contribute to executing a cohesive communications strategy, supporting content creation, and ensuring consistency across channels. This role will help implement processes, coordinate across teams, and support initiatives that strengthen Keystone’s brand narrative and visibility. As we continue to grow, this role will play an important part in supporting internal communications and events that engage employees, while also helping share Keystone’s story externally — contributing to efforts that attract clients and talent, and amplify our thought leadership. You will help bring clarity and consistency to how Keystone communicates, ensuring high-quality execution across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of Keystone’s communications strategy in alignment with overall marketing and brand objectives Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading internal and external communications, including emails, blog posts, press materials, and social content Help maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and narrative across all communications channels Support PR activities, including media list development, press monitoring, and coordination of press releases and outreach Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to support content development across website, blog, social media, and email Assist in the planning and execution of the monthly Firm-Wide Update and other internal events, project management/coordination with Leadership, Facilities, IT, and internal stakeholders Help translate complex ideas and content into clear, accessible messaging for different audiences Support cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment across communications initiatives Track and report on communications performance metrics, helping to identify opportunities for improvement Conduct research on industry trends, media landscape, and competitor communications to inform strategy Provide general project management and administrative support for communications initiatives Highly responsive, quick to action, especially around Firmwide Update week What You’ll Bring 1–3 years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams Interest in PR, media relations, and corporate communications Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Basic familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and/or email marketing tools is a plus Curiosity about industry trends, media, and storytelling approaches In addition to annual salary, we provide an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package. Actual Compensation within the range will depend upon the level the individual is hired into based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
