We are seeking a creative, proactive, and ambitious Marketing Communications Coordinator to join the team at our Head Office in Sheffield.
The successful candidate will transform our social media profiles, through creating and sharing engaging content including videos, graphics, blog posts and press releases for example. The chosen candidate will also be required to engage with ‘others’ on social media to grow our network and position us as leaders of what we do. They’ll also have the initiative to keep up to date with the latest social media trends and innovations.
Sourcing relevant publication opportunities and creating engaging copy that is accurate and grammatically correct will fall within the Coordinator’s responsibilities. They will also support the marketing team with various plans and campaigns to contribute to the overall marketing and company objectives.
In addition, the Coordinator will champion any ‘internal’ marketing requirements; where your own ideas are encouraged. They will be responsible for generating and distributing internal communications such as company newsletters and email communications. As well as, contributing to the organising and hosting of internal and external company events and any collateral required to support these.

Responsibilities

· Social Media – lead the social media plan; creating and sharing content, and monitoring platforms to improve social network and engagement.
· Communications – creating and sharing various communications: press releases, email shots, blog posts, newsletters, social media posts etc. As well as, playing a supportive role in internal & external company events.
· Internal Marketing – plan, create and share any internal marketing requirements.
· Content – contribute to researching and creating content relevant to the company targets. Including articles/ blogs, infographics/ graphics, videos, images, portfolios/ brochures etc.
· Company website – contribute to maintaining the websites’ content and uploading news/ blogs where required.
· Administrative support – through various systems, help the marketing team maintain lead generation data, mailing lists and alike.
