THE JOB:

HOYTS are looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join us! Based in the Sydney’s CBD, this role will help to execute HOYTS omnichannel marketing campaigns and activities. You will also create copy and content to execute tactical offers and promotions, screening programs and partnership campaigns.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Communications Manager and Executive to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive admissions, market share growth, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with agencies, distributors and suppliers on campaign development and execution to maximise spend and customer engagement and admissions.
  • Brief art studio on creative assets development and provide approval as required.
  • Support the execution of sponsorship and partnership campaigns.
  • Use analytics to measure, evaluate and report against campaign goals.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Experience executing marketing campaigns
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Experience in stakeholder management, working collaboratively with partners is desirable.
