JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Communication Executive to join our team at ASME Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and updating the events calendar, maintaining project management documents, content creation, managing social media posts, and providing event support. This role requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure effective communication and project execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a marketing communications role, preferably within a similar industry.
• Tertiary education in Mass Communications, Marketing, Social Science, or related disciplines.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in content management and social media platforms.
• Knowledge and a keen interest in current affairs.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated and resourceful with good multitasking and organizational ability.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Strong artistic and aesthetic sense is an advantage.
• Some experience with graphic design and multimedia content creation.
• Familiarity with event planning and coordination.
