Field Marketing: Own the field marketing calendar with a focus on industry conferences, tradeshows, and proprietary events Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing to secure buy-in, set goals, and identify new opportunities for regional success Manage the planning, logistics and on-site execution of events and speaking engagement Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing to secure buy-in, set goals, and identify new opportunities for regional success Work closely with subject matter experts, customers, and partners to develop compelling webinar content Manage end-to-end webinar logistics, including platform management, promotion, and post-event follow-up Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to generate ideas to drive webinar registration and audience engagement Performance Measurement and Optimization: Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, including senior management, on the impact of field marketing efforts An understanding of demand generation best practices, principles and tactics Experience working in close partnership with sales leadership New product launch experience Experience managing events and conferences of all levels, as well as speaking engagements Demonstrated ability working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple programs with self-sufficiency and agility Strong organizational skills Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence Travel as required, up to 40% of the time This is a global role that requires time on calls with the US at off hours 5+ years of proven marketing experience in field marketing, event marketing and/or demand generation; B2B SaaS experience a plus Experience in Medical Device or Biotech preferred Proficient in CRM tools and marketing automation Ability to work with marketing analytics tools to track performance, analyze data and generate insights Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline
