Responsibilities Assisting with event logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination Supporting pre-event marketing campaigns (email, social media, web) Helping manage event registration, attendee communications, and follow-up Assisting with orders for giveaways Tracking event metrics and compiling post-event reports Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams Conducting research on industry events and audience engagement trends Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Familiarity with Microsoft Office Bonus: Experience with Canva and Monday.com Important Dates: Start Date: May 18, 2026 End Date: Aug 7, 2026 Note: This is a hybrid role, you must be able to travel to the office.
