Job Description Are you looking for a role with variety, development and a chance to own projects? As the Marketing Communications Lead for the Rehabilitation and Health Services Division, at MedHealth, you will work across a wide range of areas including social media, campaigns, brand, events and communications for the division’s portfolio of brands. This is a varied role where you will be able to use your broad, extensive skills and experience to lead and fully own your projects from concept to delivery; innovating new ideas to achieve strategic business objectives. You will also thrive on making an impact via developing engaging content. You will manage the brand’s social channels and work closely with internal stakeholders to drive engagement through carefully curated, brand-aligned content. This is an exciting, limitless opportunity for a talented individual who is adept in working across multiple brands, who is proactive and enjoys working autonomously. You will have a very strong eye for detail and quality, and be experienced in effective stakeholder management. Day-to-day you will: Lead and deliver marketing and communications projects that align with each brands’ business objectives Develop and/or oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content and marketing assets across a range of mediums Work closely with key internal stakeholders, to understand their businesses challenges and strategic needs Brief external design agency on the creation of brand-aligned assets Develop each brands’ social media strategy and manage their social posting Regularly update brand websites with new engaging content Ensure brand integrity and quality across the portfolio Provide periodical reporting on key metrics related to your projects Provide support to the Senior Marketing Communications Manager when required Qualifications Attributes and Experience: Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, journalism, graphic design or creative industries At least 5+ years’ experience in broad marketing roles, with practical experience across a wide range of areas, including social media, campaigns, digital marketing, events and communications Ability to work independently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders Experienced working across multiple brands and projects simultaneously Strong writing skills, with the ability to adjust tone to align to each brand, to write across different channels and to different audiences Proficient in using social media, Canva, EDM (Vision 6), GA4/Ads and CMS (WordPress) platforms Desirable but not essential, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Additional Information Click on the APPLY button or please contact Lauren Yau to have a confidential discussion about the role on [email protected] quoting REF9287W Interviews are occuring as applications are received for this role.
