Lead Marketing & Communications in a Growing European Healthcare Group Oral Care is a private dental care provider founded in Stockholm in 1989. Through organic growth and strategic acquisitions, we have become one of the larger dental care groups in Northern Europe, with operations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and the Netherlands. With more than 30 clinics across Sweden and over 750 colleagues internationally, we are now accelerating our growth across Sweden and into new European markets. We are looking for a senior, hands-on Marketing & Communications Lead for Sweden to play a key role in this journey. The Role You will own and deliver the Swedish marketing and communications plan, ensuring strong local activation and measurable impact. Your focus will be to strengthen Oral Care’s position as: A preferred choice for patients An attractive employer A trusted partner for clinic owners considering a sale You will report to the Group Head of Marketing & Communications and work closely with the Swedish Country Manager. Your Responsibilities Own and drive the Swedish marketing and communications plan Translate Group strategy into clear local priorities and activation Lead performance follow-up and optimisation across channels Manage and challenge our media agency to secure strong ROI Drive PR, media outreach and LinkedIn visibility Ensure consistent brand implementation across clinics Your Background At least 7 years’ experience in a broad marketing and communications role Experience owning marketing plans and managing agency partnerships Experience with PR or corporate communications Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across functions and organisational levels.
