Job Description Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with organizational goals Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media, and email campaigns Oversee content creation and distribution across various channels to ensure consistent brand messaging Manage the company's online presence and reputation through proactive engagement and monitoring Analyze marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide actionable insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing materials and communications Plan and coordinate events, press releases, and public relations activities Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in marketing strategies Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in similar capacity.
