Job Description We’re excited to introduce a newly created Marketing Manager role at Elysium Noosa! This is a hands-on, dynamic role where creativity meets strategy. You’ll lead marketing, PR and communications activity for Elysium Noosa, shaping how guests discover, experience and fall in love with our brand. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline 4–6 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within hotels, hospitality or a multi-brand consumer environment Proficient in Canva and Adobe InDesign Strong project management, organisational skills and attention to detail Advanced written communication skills, with proven copywriting and content editing ability Experience in social media management and content creation Strong understanding of brand management and ability to work within established brand guidelines Experience managing partnerships, promotions and cross-functional initiatives Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue through marketing activity Excellent stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Responsibilities Included, but not limited to: Manage and update all hotel websites and digital platforms, including Accor and third-party channels Lead PR and media activity, building relationships and securing coverage that elevates the Elysium brand Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, promotions and paid media aligned to commercial goals Create, manage and refresh all marketing collateral, imagery and brand assets Write, edit and proof compelling copy for campaigns, press releases and promotional content Oversee social media content, storytelling and engagement Collaborate with Accor teams, agencies, partners and internal stakeholders Ensure all communications align with brand standards and corporate guidelines Track performance, monitor competitors and report on campaign results Additional Information As part of Accor, one of the world’s leading hospitality groups, we offer global career pathways, exclusive Ambassador benefits, and access to industry-renowned training through the Accor Hotels Academy.
