Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals. Oversee the hotel’s digital presence, including website, social media, and online advertising. Monitor online reviews and reputation, ensuring prompt responses to customer feedback. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners. Prepare press releases, media kits, and promotional materials. Coordinate media visits, press events, and community engagement initiatives. Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content, including photography, videography, and written materials. Ensure all content reflects the hotel’s positioning and appeals to target audiences. Incorporate sustainable practices and CSR initiatives into marketing campaigns. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing/communications role, preferably in hospitality. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, public relations, and brand management. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
