Description
Driving measurable improvements in customer awareness, consideration, and demand generation will be expected. This role will be responsible for collaborating across regions and business units to develop aftermarket campaign strategies and effective content while prioritizing resources to support strategic aftermarket initiatives. To be successful in this role, you must be an excellent writer and storyteller while showing creativity across mediums. Provide strategic leadership to create content marketing strategies and measurable outreach programs that resonate with key target audiences at all stages of the sales funnel. Determine the most effective mix of customer-facing events, public and media relations, thought leadership initiatives, social media, digital tools, lead generation and lead nurturing activities. Work with key leaders and subject matter experts to facilitate the development of message maps and integrated campaign journey maps to develop and implement strategic integrated marketing communications plans that support aftermarket business goals and growth. Create value-driven messaging and quality, interesting omni-channel content using various mediums (video, white papers, articles, etc.) to support results-oriented, integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, preference and demand aligned with growth programs. Identify required sales enablement materials for both direct and indirect sellers. Ensure marcom plans are measurable against objectives and for collecting, tracking and reporting performance metrics of key internal and external campaigns deployed throughout the function. Demonstrate fiscal accountability in budgets and cost-benefit analysis of marketing and communications activities. Align with brand standards while fostering creativity. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Visual Communication Design or related field of study from an accredited institution Minimum seven (7) years experience in communications, public relations, journalism and/or marketing Nine (9) years or higher experience in communications, public relations, journalism and/or marketing Aerospace industry experience Proven experience in designing and implementing effective strategic marketing communications campaigns with measurable impact in the aerospace industry Demonstrated ability to provide strategic marcom counsel and manage competing priorities in alignment with strategy Excellent writing and proofreading skills Attention to detail Capable of working well with individuals across multiple functions and at all levels Able to influence others without direct authority Positive attitude Appropriately self-directed
