Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective marketing communication plans that align with AYANA Midplaza's overall business goals. Manage the creation of marketing collateral, digital content, and promotional materials. Oversee social media strategy and execution to drive engagement and grow online presence. Coordinate public relations efforts and maintain relationships with media outlets. Analyze market trends and feedback to enhance overall marketing strategies. Collaborate with the sales team to support promotional initiatives and special projects. Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the hospitality industry.
