Marketing Communications Manager - Asia To enable the vision, I support the delivery of our brand marketing activity in SEA across multiple channels. These expectations drive my success: I build an omni marketing plan focusing on 3 key pillars, Communication with PR & Influencer, Experiences and Events for our customers and Brand Partnerships that drive growth and build our brand. I create, edit, publish and deliver content for social platforms in line with Brand style and guidelines I spend time in stores to observe store operations, and gather feedback from the Retail environment to identify areas of focus for future improvements and new initiatives relevancy. I provide the business with local insights particularly on customer and influencer looks, knowledge and report on all activities to support plans for the market. I drive the implementation of brand comms activity ensuring global approach and campaign messaging is followed. I execute local activity and campaigns, partnering with agencies and managing the local budget. I represent the brand in market, building strong relationships with key influencers and local media. I partner with talent agencies and managers to negotiate suitable brand collaborations. I build relationships with key stakeholders across the business. I follow the Our Way framework and am an ambassador for our Brand and products. I am clear on my HPAs and effectively use my time to perform in my role I work with my manager to review my performance and seek feedback to grow my skills to support my development. I look after others and myself, and lead in alignment with our Safety Matters Framework
