POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing and Communication Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and enhance our brand presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, overseeing communication campaigns, and driving engagement to support business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with the UAE and international travel markets is preferred.
