Your role: Plan and implement marketing communication campaigns and activities to promote our brandings, products and services; Collaborate with internal and external parties to create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, eDM, website content and advertising materials; Work with creative and media agencies to implement digital marketing campaigns including creative development, SEM strategies, programmatic and network buys; Drive traffic and acquire users through digital marketing strategies including SEM, Display Networks ads, Programmatic Ads, Paid Social, SEO, etc.   To track, analyze and evaluate the ad and website performance and the effectiveness of advertising campaigns for different brands to provide insight for performance optimization; To prepare review reports and strategy proposals for presentations to Management levels; To research on industry and competitor practices and propose implementation plan to the business; To keep up with digital trends, best practices and emerging platforms to improve marketing efficiency.  Proactively develop creative and ad-hoc content ideas across digital channels to enhance brand engagement and communication   To succeed in this role: Degree holder in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.  8 years of experience in marketing communications, performance marketing, advertising agencies.  Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, ability to draw insights and determine strategies out of report data.  Independent, detailed-oriented and highly organized with strong sense of responsibility,  Solid experience in content creation and digital advertising operation like Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, etc. Experience in leading projects or a small team.  Excellent analytic, presentation and communication skills.  Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
