As we celebrate our 60th anniversary in 2026 and begin a new three-year business cycle, our mission remains as strong as ever to help Hong Kong thrive in trade and businesses succeed in the ever-changing landscape.” We are seeking a dynamic, high-caliber, and experienced professional to join our Exhibitions and Digital Business Department.   Major Responsibilities: * To promote trade and public fairs in physical and/or hybrid mode to local and overseas visitors; * To meet the team’s KPIs through launching effective marketing campaigns in different channels according to set timelines; * To initiate new and more cost-effective marketing ideas for responsible fairs, focusing on the tech-related sector. Also to ensure the project budget will be spent effectively and generate the best results; * To engage new channels and partners for promoting HKTDC Exhibitions, and keep close relationship with existing partners, with the objective to drive more quality publicity; * To ensure accurate, efficient and effective write-ups for promotional materials such as advertorials, eDMs, fair websites, etc.; * To work closely with colleagues within and across departments to develop proper marketing messages, brand identities and effective marketing campaigns for fairs assigned; * To demonstrate leadership skills and teamwork, to collaborate with various internal teams to formulate effective communication strategies and content; * To take up tasks assigned by supervisors.   Requirements: * A university degree in communication, marketing or relevant discipline; * A minimum of five years' working experience in advertising, media or marketing field, preferably within the tech-related industry; * Prior experience working in a sizable corporation or a highly matrixed environment is a plus; * Proficient in design software (such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator) and AI tools; * Excellent command of written and verbal English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua; * Excellent interpersonal & communication skills; * Proficiency in MS Office; * A team player, meticulous and able to meet multiple deadlines.   Remuneration and Benefits: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
